Lindsay posed the question ‘Why change after 120 years?’ – but provided an answer in terms of the current challenges faced by Rotary Clubs AND the opportunity to do so much more – which has led us to “Regionalisation” – the broad term given to the challenge of increasing Rotary’s impact; growing membership; better engaging participants; and being more creative.
